James “Brett” Riding has over twenty years in Corporate Management experience. He gained his business management boot camp in the hospitality industry starting as a banquet server, Banquet Captain, and a Food Beverage Manager at the Wyndham Hotel.
After acquiring a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Brett transitioned to the IT field as an Account Executive at Comcast pioneering chat services providing sales and customer care through one of the largest telecom companies in the world.
On the path to self actualization, Brett was recruited to use his skill sets as an Enrollment Counselor for higher education. While assisting students aspire and teach this goals and dreams, he earned a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado Christian University with an emphasis in Leadership.
Brett utilized the culmination of his work experience and education to write a business plan that would manifest into Corporation.
The corporation is currently operating as the SoccerHaus Management Company, which is run by a Board of Directors, where Brett was the Cheif Operating Officer for eight years.
The company is still in business and generates over seven figures annually, and is valuated over eight figures.
Brett left the organization due to a contentious divorce in Colorado, and moved to Utah to get more time with his boys. Realizing the struggle for men and fathers in family law, he went to Utah Technical University and wanted his certificate in Paralegal Studies so he could assist families with less hostile solutions that family courts foster. SplitSmart is software founded by Carl Roberts, and is available to families that desire an amicable resolution, while significantly saving costs that are incurred throughout a lengthy contested divorce process.
